Our journey started when a local herbal shop asked a simple question:
“Can you make 50 plates of alkaline food for our customers?”
Those 50 plates — featuring our now-signature mushroom “chick’n” and waffles — sold out in a single day at $20 per plate.
That moment sparked everything.
What began in one kitchen grew into meal prep services, curated products, and a deep commitment to intentional, plant-forward nourishment. In just one day, our alkaline offerings generated over $2,000 — confirming what we already believed:

Today, Prime Time Alkaline remains rooted in that same philosophy. We focus on ancient grains like Einkorn, Spelt, Quinoa, Amaranth, traditional preparation methods, alkaline-aligned seasonings, and thoughtfully crafted mixes — designed to support digestion, balance, and flavor without artificial additives or preservatives.
